Print out the Rebuild Order Form. Completely fill out the form.(If you do not have a printer, hand write the form on a piece of paper then completely fill out the form.) Make sure you put the completed Rebuild Order Form inside the box you are shipping your order in. Prepare your item to be shipped as follows:

• Drain and remove all fuel and oil from item. 
• Completely seal item to be repaired in a plastic bag. 
• Put item to be repaired in a box.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be inspected by us before they can be refunded.

• We will not accept returns after 30 days from the date on the invoice.
• We will not accept returns on any parts that have been installed or used in any way.
• The original invoice must accompany all returns and exchanges.
• If your order received from us has been damaged during the shipping process you must file a claim with UPS as soon as possible.
• Make sure you always save the original packing materials for inspection.

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranties that it will replace or repair any parts found to be defective due to faulty material or workmanship, on units completely rebuilt, within 1 year from date of sale. The obligation under this warrany, statutory or otherwise, is limited to the replacement or repair of parts found defective upon inspection at Diesel Pump & Injector Service, Ltd. shop.  Diesel Pump & Injector Service, Ltd. shall in no event be liable for consequential damages or contingent liabilities arising out of the failure of parts to operate properly nor for the cost of labor or transportaion charges in connection with the replacement of defective parts. No express, implied or statutory warranty other than herein set forth is made or authorized by Diesel Pump & Injector Service, Ltd.
