After you receive & install your New or Rebuilt item you must return the core that is being replaced.  You have 15 days from date of delivery of your New or Rebuilt item to return the core to our business.

All VP44 cores must be in "As Removed Condition" or your credit card on file will not be credited back the core charge. 

ALTHOUGH WE DO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING ON CORES FOR INDIVIDUALS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CORES THAT ARE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.   We recommend that you insure the package. A return shipping label will be in the shipping box we send to you that contains your new or rebuilt item.

How To Return Your Core:

• Drain & Remove All Fuel & Oil From Core.
• Completely Seal Core In A Plastic Bag.
• Put Core In The Box That We Shipped Your New Or Rebuilt Item In.
• Seal Box Then Put The  Return Label Over The Original Shipping Label.
• Drop Off At Your Local UPS Location.

**"AS REMOVED CONDITION"-- ANY CORE THAT HAS BEEN DISASSEMBLED, BEEN IN A FIRE, BUSTED DUE TO ACCIDENT, MECHANICAL FAILURE, ICE, ALTERED, OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY IS NOT CONSIDERED "AS REMOVED CONDITION"
